Club Membership

To join HCGC you must first submit an application (link below), along with the initiation fee and prorated dues amount. You will need the sponsorship of someone who has been a member for more than 90 days. After you submit your application with fees, you will be required to attend an Orientation session (details available through your sponsor or email questions to the club email address). When you have completed Orientation, your membership will be voted on by the Board of Directors. Once approved, you will be mailed your membership badge along with lock codes. Membership badge must be worn at all times on club property.

All members have access to the Club’s facilities every day during daylight hours.  New members will be on probation for 90 days, but membership can be revoked at anytime if a signifiicant rules violation is committed; as determined by the Board. HCGC member's rights extend to their spouse and dependents when they are accompanied by the member. The member is responsible for rules compliance by their family members and guests.  Membership is $150.00 annually with $50.00 initiation fee. Prorated table appears on Application Form.
